HD2 box bumper with mounting plate for winch and bull bar. Version with light holes and lights included.

Dedicated to Land Rover Discovery II TD5 / v8 (1999-2005) cars with manual or automatic transmission.

Construction of the bumper:

The bumper elements are made of 4 and 5 mm thick structural sheet metal, laser cut and bent on digital presses. Laser cut and bent on digital presses. The bumper is painted with black semi-matt in a new technology of painting with two layers of powder. Piping made on a numerical mandrel bender (not welded from the elbows). The bumper has additional side reinforcements.

Bumper features:

- has a built-in beam (H3 55W), daytime (P21W 12V) or fog (H3 55W), niewystające beyond the bumper which reduces the risk of damage,

- built-in lights are replaceable without removing the bumper and widely available in shops automotive

- have integrated, reinforced winch plate up to 13000lbs with holes for mounting a winch,

- is a perfect combination of strength and light weight (bumper weight 40 kg ). It is aesthetically made and its edges and the outline of the piping are matched to the contours of the car. Piping does not obstruct the lights and has an excellent protective function.

- has holes for mounting two hooks with a shackle, sockets for the use of a hi-lift jack,

- has holes for mounting washers,

- has handles for additional lighting,

- mounting the bumper does not require any interference with the vehicle structure, it is simple and quick!

- the bumper is an off-road bumper and, like all bumpers of this type, it is not approved.

The set includes a bumper with road lamps or  fog lamps (to choose from) , a set of mounting screws of appropriate strength and a set of plugs (for holes for handles, washers and hi-lift). The set also includes light covers in the bumper.

The bumper is compatible with MP bar covers and shackle holders.
