Front bumper with winch plate and bullbar, dedicated to JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE WJ 99-04 . The main structure of the bumper is made of 3mm thick sheet metal , and the winch plate and frame mountings are made of 5mm thick sheet metal . The product is first laser cut, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing . The next stage is anti- corrosion protection consisting in the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder coating which gives the bumper its final appearance.
This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for the hi-lift jack and holes for halogen lamps. The solid steel structure allows the bumper to be fully exploited in the field.
The bumper definitely improves the comfort of off-road driving , enables comfortable use of the winch , improves safety and gives the car the right character with its appearance .
