LONGRANGER SUZUKI JIMNY XL 2023+ REPLACEMENT TANK 80L

OVERVIEW

LONGRANGER has designed and manufactured an 80L replacement petrol tank to suit the Suzuki Jimny JC74W (XL) 5 door range. LONGRANGER fuel tanks are made from 2mm aluminised steel and finished with a 2-step industrial grade paint, providing added protection from rust and stone chips. The LONGRANGER tank is designed to maximise available space without compromising structural integrity. Due to the new fuel tank location, the exhaust must be modified, LONGRANGER include all exhaust components to complete the required modifications in the kit. NOTE: This exhaust modification varies from the 3-door variant (TR87) due to key vehicle design changes.

• Internal baffles which ensures fuel is kept around the pickup unit and minimises weight shifts whilst aiding in reducing fuel noise
• Drain plug which allows for easy draining of fuel without the requirement of removing the tank in the event of mis fuel or dirty fuel
