1P30L plastic canister mount for TOYOTA LAND CRUISER J100 98-07 dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The fastening structure is made of 4mm thick sheet metal. The product is first laser-cut, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing . The next stage is anti- corrosion protection consisting in applying a zinc powder primer, and powder coating which gives the bumper its final appearance. The fastening is assisted by a gas spring, which facilitates its closing and opening on uneven terrain.
The mount is equipped with a basket for a plastic canister with a capacity of 30 liters. Thankssolid structure mounting, does not transfer vibrations and disorderly sounds to the inside of the car. The handle is blocked with a metal clamp that prevents the fixing from opening automatically .
