Spare wheel carrier for TOYOTA HZJ71 99-07 dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The fastening structure is made of 4mm thick sheet metal. The product is first laser-cut, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing . The next stage is anti- corrosion protection consisting in the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder coating which gives the bumper its final appearance. The wheel mounting takes the load off the rear door and is useful when the car has large diameter wheels. Thanks to the solid structure, the mount does not transfer vibrations and sounds to the inside of the car.
