A box HD bumper dedicated to Land Rover Defender 90/110/130 cars. A more advanced version of the bumper for cars with an extended grille (newer Defenders). A more protruding bumper allows the winch to be mounted without the need to trim the radiator grille and modify the radiator.

Construction of the bumper: The

bumper is made of 4, 5 and 6mm thick structural steel, laser cut and bent on digital presses. For better protection against corrosion, the bumper is painted with black semi-matt in a new two-layer painting technology. The bumper has additional side reinforcements. Piping made on a numerical mandrel bender of seamless pipes (not welded from elbows). The bumper has additional side reinforcements.

Bumper features:

- has an integrated, reinforced winch plate up to 14000lbs with holes for mounting a winch.

- It is aesthetically made and its edges and the outline of the piping are matched to the contours of the car. The tubing does not obstruct the light and perfectly protective functions,

- assembly of a standard winch does not require cutting grille,

- an excellent combination of low weight and high strength by the appropriate choice of material thickness and the innovative of constructing,

- the bumper does not have any openings for the handles shackles MP has the are two built-in shackle mounts, not protruding beyond the bumper ,

- has holes for a hi-lift jack,

- the bumper is also compatible with the defender bar covers,

- it is securely mounted, it is attached to the car frame with 6 screws,

- the bumper does not require any interference with the vehicle structure!

- the bumper is an off-road bumper and, like all bumpers of this type, it is not approved.

The set includes a bumper, mounting screws, plugs for holes for the hi-lift jack and an approved shackle 3.25.
