A box HD bumper dedicated to Land Rover Defender 90/110/130 cars. The version with lights for cars with a simple, simple radiator grille.

Construction of the bumper: The

bumper is made of 4, 5 and 6mm thick structural steel, laser cut and bent on digital presses. For better protection against corrosion, the bumper is painted with black semi-matt in a new two-layer painting technology. The bumper has additional side reinforcements. Piping made on a numerical mandrel bender of seamless pipes (not welded from elbows). The bumper has additional side reinforcements.

Bumper features:

- has an integrated, reinforced winch plate up to 14000lbs with holes for mounting a winch.

- It is aesthetically made and its edges and the outline of the piping are matched to the contours of the car. Piping does not cover the lights and performs perfectly protective functions,

- mounting a standard winch does not require cutting the radiator grille,

- has built-in road lights (H3 55W), daytime running lights (P21W 12V) or fog lights (H3 55W) , not protruding beyond the bumper, which reduces the risk of their damage,

- it is a perfect combination of low weight and high strength thanks to the appropriate selection of the thickness of the material and the use of an innovative design,

- the bumper has no holes for the shackle handles, the MP has two built-in shackle mounts, not protruding beyond the bumper ,

- it has holes for a hi-lift jack,

- the bumper is also compatible with the defender bar covers,

- it is characterized by a solid assembly, fastened it is attached to the car frame with 6 bolts,

- mounting the bumper does not require any interference with the vehicle structure!

- the bumper is an off-road bumper and, like all bumpers of this type, it is not approved.

The set includes a bumper, mounting screws, plugs for holes for the hi-lift jack and an approved shackle 3.25. The set also includes light covers in the bumper.
