Spare wheel mounting for TOYOTA LAND CRUISER J90-95 96-02 dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The fastening structure is made of 3mm thick sheet metal. The product is first laser-cut, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing . The next stage is anti- corrosion protection consisting in the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder coating which gives the bumper its final appearance. The mounting of the wheel is supported by a gas spring, which facilitates its closing and opening on uneven terrain. The mount is very useful wherethe car has large diameter wheels because it relieves the load on the hinges of the tailgate . Thanks to the solid structure, the mount does not transfer vibrations and disorderly sounds to the inside of the car. The handle is blocked with a metal buckle that prevents the fixing from opening automatically.
