Spare wheel mounting dedicated to the FABRYKA 4X4 bumper for the SUZUKI JIMNY IV 1.5 GASOLINE 18- . with the option of mounting a canister basket. The fastening structure is made of steel sheets with a thickness of 2 to 8 mm. The product is first laser cut, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing . The next stage is anti- corrosion protection consisting in the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder coating which gives the bumper its final appearance. Fastening the wheel takes the strain off the rear door. Thanks to the solid structure, the mount does not transfer vibrations and sounds to the inside of the car. The wheel holder opens with the rear door.
