HD3 box bumper with built-in mounting plate for winch and bullbar.

Dedicated to Land Rover Discovery I (1989-1998).

Construction of the bumper:

The bumper elements are made of 3, 4 and 5 mm thick structural steel, laser cut and bent on digital presses. The bumper is painted with black semi-matt in a new technology of painting with two layers of powder. The bumper has additional side reinforcements. Piping made on a numerical mandrel bender (not welded from the elbows).

Features of the bumper:

- it has built-in road lights (H3 55W), daytime running lights (P21W 12V) or fog lights (H3 55W) , not protruding beyond the bumper, which reduces the risk of their damage,

- built-in lights are replaceable without removing the bumper and are widely available in automotive stores,

- the bumper has no holes for shackle handles, but MP has two built-in shackle mounts, not

protruding beyond the bumper, - has an integrated, reinforced winch plate up to 13000lbs with holes for mounting the winch centrally, in the case of winches with a long motor, the mounting must be moved and such a bumper can be made on request

- the mounted winch is hidden in the bumper (in the case of most models of winches it is not even necessary to undercut the plastic dummy) and at the same time the rope on the drum is visible and it is possible using the winch coupling,

- the winch guides are hidden in the contour of the bumper,

- it is a perfect combination of durability and low weight. It is aesthetically made and its edges match the contours of the car, the piping does not cover the lights and has an excellent protective function.

- it has sockets that allow the use of a hi-lift lift,

- allows the installation of washers, also has holes for the installation of additional lighting,

- the installation of the bumper does not require any interference in the vehicle structure, it is simple and quick!

- the bumper is an off-road bumper and, like all bumpers of this type, it is not approved.

The set includes a bumper with road lamps or fog lamps (to choose from), a set of mounting screws of appropriate strength and a set of plugs (for the washer and hi-lift holes). We also add a 3.25t certified shackle and light covers to the bumper . The set also includes light covers in the bumper.

 The bumper is compatible with HD3 stick covers for Disco1.
