HD box bumper dedicated to Land Rover Defender 90/110/130 cars in versions with extended radiator grille

Structure of the bumper: The

bumper is made of 4 and 5 mm thick structural sheet metal, laser cut and bent on digital presses. For better protection against corrosion, the bumper is painted with black semi-matt in a new two-layer painting technology. The bumper has additional side reinforcements.

Bumper features:

- has an integrated, reinforced winch plate up to 13000lbs with holes for mounting a winch.

- it is a perfect combination of light weight (only 30 kg) and high strength thanks to the appropriate selection of material thickness and the use of an innovative design,

- has holes for mounting two MP shackle holders,

- has holes for a hi-lift jack,

- the bumper is also compatible with defender bar covers,

- has a solid assembly, is attached to the car frame with 6 bolts,

- installation of the bumper does not require any interference with the vehicle structure!

- the bumper is an off-road bumper and, like all bumpers of this type, it is not approved.

The set includes a bumper, mounting screws and plugs for holes for the hi-lift jack and shackle holders.
